Great properties. Well finished. But as usual no bungalows for the older generation who want to downsize. Someone could make a fortune with the amount of people who want new bungalows built to the modern day standard. Come on Redrow will you stand up and build a few.

We moved into our new home on 21/10/22 and while the house itself was great with little flaws the service has been terrible. We was told Broadband would be accessible from the moment we walked into the door but a month down the line and nothing... Every time I speak to Redrow they pass the blame to BT and vice versa. No communication with its tenants at all.

We moved into our new Redrow home late 2021 and have been very impressed with Tommy, supervisor at the Monchelsea Park development. Credit where it is due! Tommy has a great handle on technical issues and made sure any problems we reported were swiftly dealt with during our settling-in period. Tommy's helpful attitude & oversight to get the job done is very commendable. Thanks Tommy for everything. You're a great asset to Redrow.

As per my experience, there shouldn't be any sales advisor on that show home. She didn't answer my question as she refers to reading details on the website. It's common sense, the reason I booked that appointment, is that I couldn't get, a clear picture of the site plan and other details in terms of that particular plot. Totally a waste of time.

Lets get one thing Crystal clear, Monchelsea park as its called is NOT in Boughtion Monchelsea, that district is 3 miles away, this is in Parkwood! new builds such as these now only offer a 2 year warranty on repairs, I am in and out of new builds constantly working as an independent Plumber, these builds may look shiny and new, but after a few years the cracks begin to surface and not built to last, another unnecessary housing development for already an increasing and congested area of Maidstone.

I visited Monchelsea Park over the weekend. Booking appointment was very easy through their website and hassle free. An acknowledgement and confirmation email soon followed. Upon my visit I was received by a very friendly team who I found very welcoming. The mortgage advisor was on-site who helped me in the evaluation right there. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to moving into my new home soon.

Very poor service. I was booked to view the home in Broughton Monchelsea which didn't exist there. I confirmed the appointment before visiting and after reaching there I was told that the property is in some other location. I am sure there was no confusion as the same property was showing available to view online and was taking bookings for appointment. Very disappointed.

This will be one of Justin Browns site, he’s the area contracts Manager! Blokes incompetent! He’s a liar and a coward….. Redrow are a disgrace. I’m begging them to meet me at my development and prove anything I say isn’t true but they won’t! Avoid Redrow, the over promise and under achieve! They are a disgrace
